We recognize how stressful it can be to allow a stranger in your home and have developed a rigorous 5 step screening process for all caregivers new to Caring People. All of our employees come to us with experience in homecare, they are all background checked. Each applicant must go through several interviews with our various team members, as well as provide recent, verifiable references. In addition, each applicant is tested for competency and is required to attend a company orientation. This screening process has proven effective and we have a very high satisfaction rating.

Q: How will you find the right caregiver for our loved one?

During the initial assessment, we take detailed notes about your loved one’s care needs, diagnosis, interests and social needs. We then review our caregiver-pool to find the person with matching skills, knowledge, abilities, personality and experience.
