How to become a caregiver?
At Peace on Earth, we are a team and we rely on each other to ensure our clients receive the highest quality home care possible.
We only hire committed, professional caregivers who love working with the elderly during all hours of the day and night.
We do what we do because we want to make a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. We expect this same level of passion from every team member.
Caregiver Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of home care, nursing home, working elderly or disabled people experience
- Must be caring and positive and able to follow directions
- Must pass a National Fingerprinting Check
- Valid CPR / First Aid (Your certification must be offered by the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, and The Health and Safety Institute to be accepted.)
- TB test results (We don't accept previous results)
- Valid Georgia Driver's License
- Proof of Car Insurance
- Reliable car to travel to any counties that we cover

RN/LPN Requirements:
RN – Personal Care Support (PCS)
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Current Georgia RN license
- 2 years home health or related experience
- Knowledge of home management, personal care, and caregiver supervision
- Strong decision‑making and communication skills
- BLS Certification (Required)
Job Duties
- Monitor and supervise Caregivers and LPNs
- Conduct initial and follow‑up client visits
- Provide caregiver orientation and in‑service training
- Review and sign off on client documentation
- Ensure compliance with Georgia DCH PCS standards
Job Type: Contract

Experience: 2 years home health preferred
LPN – Personal Care Support (PCS)
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Current Georgia LPN license
- 2 years home health or related experience
- Knowledge of personal care practices and caregiver support
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
- BLS Certification (Required)
Job Duties
- Conduct follow‑up client visits only (no initial assessments)
- Support and monitor Caregivers delivering PCS services
- Reinforce RN‑developed care plans
- Provide caregiver orientation and skill reinforcement
- Document follow‑up visits and report changes to RN
Job Type: Contract

Experience: 2 years home health preferred
RN – Structured Family Caregiving (SFC)
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Current Georgia RN license
- 2 years home health or related experience
- Knowledge of home management, caregiver training, and oversight
- Strong assessment, decision‑making, and communication skills
- BLS Certification (Required)
Job Duties
- Conduct initial and follow‑up SFC assessments
- Document baseline health status, medications, and risks
- Provide caregiver onboarding (medication reminders, symptom monitoring, ADLs, safety, emergency response, documentation)
- Complete biweekly check‑ins (in‑person or virtual)
- Monitor client condition and caregiver performance
- Adjust care plan as client needs change
