Our agency proudly offers Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) through the Georgia Medicaid SOURCE/CCSP Waiver, giving families the tools, coaching, and financial assistance they need to continue caring for their loved ones safely at home.
SFC allows a family member or trusted friend to become a paid caregiver, receiving a tax‑free daily stipend, while our team provides the training, nursing oversight, and ongoing support needed to help your loved one thrive.
